At OneDollarStore.pk, we aim to provide affordable and quality products under our fixed pricing model (1 Dollar, 3 Dollar, 5 Dollar categories). Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following situations:
Wrong product delivered
Product received damaged
Product received defective
Missing item from order
To qualify for return:
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
The item must be unused
The item must be in original packaging
The product must not be broken due to misuse
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the low-cost pricing model and product category, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Minor cosmetic packaging differences
Items used or opened
Products damaged due to misuse
Clearance or promotional items (if specified)
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our criteria.

3. Return Process
To request a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp or Email.
Provide your order number.
Share clear photos of the product.
If required, provide an unboxing video.
Return requests without prior approval will not be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent via bank transfer.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
5. Exchanges
If a replacement is available, we may offer:
Product exchange
Store credit
Refund (if exchange not possible)
Replacement depends on stock availability.
6. Damaged Parcel Claims
If the parcel appears damaged:
Please record a video while opening the package.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
This protects both the customer and our store from false claims.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restriction of future orders.
8. Important Notice
Due to the affordable pricing structure of OneDollarStore.pk:
Minor variations in product appearance may occur.
Some products may have slight packaging differences.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
